Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering Mon - Fri.
To be sure your order gets shipped the same day please order before 4pm
AEDST. All items
that
are listed on our website are kept in stock, in the rare case that your
order is not in stock we will contact you immediately to inform you of
when we expect the item in stock. Within Australia postage is free for
any orders over $50. Orders under $50 will attract a flat rate $7.50
charge. Items are sent either by Australia Post, Australian Air
Express, Toll Priority or Couriers Please. This range of couriers
allows us to reach all over Australia, including PO Boxes.
When your item is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number,
also please note that a signature will be required for your parcel.
This means you will need to sign for the items when it arrives. If you
cannot be home to sign for the parcel you will have to collect it from
your local post office. Please let us know if you do not wish for your
items to be sent registered, this means the postman will leave it in
your letterbox, if you choose this option The Cartridge Shop is not
responsible for any damage or loss during delivery. In most cases
customers receive their parcels next day, in some cases it can take
longer then that, if you have not received your parcel within 5 days
please contact us, before that you may use your tracking number to
track your parcel by calling or using the website of the relevant

If you are desperate for your items, please let
us know and we can arrange a priority courier to get your items to you
by the next business day. The Cartridge Shop prefers Registered Post
over Express Post even though it may delay your item arriving by a day
both the customer and The Cartridge Shop know the item will arrive
safely and securely, we can send your items by express post if you
prefer. No matter what your needs are we are here to help.

Special Delivery Instructions - The Cartridge Shop will try
our best to accomdate any special delivery instructions you require.
However once it leaves us and is with the courier we can not gurantee
that they will follow these instruction. Instructions specifing small
dlivery times are extremely had to arrange, if you believe that you
cannot be at home or at your office to receieve your parcel please
consider a PO box or we can arrange to have a card left at your
premisis and your package held at your local post officce. Feel free to
contact us to discuss your specific delivery needs.
Packaging Recycling.
The Cartridge Shop strongly supports all recycling. With this
in mind we can strip your cartridges of all additional cardboard packaging
and recycle this cardboard for you. You cartridges will still be
protected by the protective packaging from insde the box. If you would
like to take us up on this option please insert "Recycle my packaging"
in the comments section while you are going through the checkout
process. Please think of the environment when you receive our packages
and reuse or recycle any packaging materials.
Explination of Australia Post Tracking Descriptions
Not found - the parcel has left our store and is on the way
to Australia Post. If this is the status more than 3 business days
after receiving your dispatch email, please contact
us.
Unknown/Access Denied - you may have
entered the wrong consignment number. If not, contact
us.
Manifest received - the parcel has been
scanned at our delivery centre and is on the way to your local post
office
Awaiting collection - delivery to your
address has unsuccessfully been attempted and the parcel is awaiting
collection at your local post office. You should have received a card
from Australia Post notifying you of this. Make sure you take the
consignment number and photo ID when you go to collect it.
Ready for delivery - delivery will be
attempted within the next business day. If unsuccessful, Australia Post
will leave a card in your letterbox and it will be carted to your
nearest post office.
Delivered - the goods have been delivered
to the nominated address or collected from the post office with ID.
Undeliverable - Australia Post are unable
to deliver the parcel with the address details provided. Please contact
us if this is the case.
Payments
We
accept the following payment forms
Credit Cards Via
St George Internet Payment Gateway - This is the fastest
and most secure way to process your payment with us. Everything is
processed by our bank and we never see or store your credit card
details. Visa, Mastercard and American Express Accepted
Bank Deposit
- Use this option if you would like to pay us either by transferring
money from your bank to ours using phone or internet banking or if
you'd like to go to any St George branch and deposit money directly
into our account. When choosing this option it is very important the
you use your surname as the description for payment so we can match
your payment to your order and get it shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that your order will not be shipped until funds have
cleared into our account.
Cheque/Money
Order - Please make Cheques or Money Orders out to The
Cartridge Shop Pty Ltd and send to The Cartridge Shop Attn: Kristy 682a
Pittwater Road Brookvale NSW 2100. Please note that your order will not
be shipped until funds have cleared into our account.
Paypal -
Credit Cards and Bank account transfer available through paypal. This
option is not preferred by The Cartridge Shop.
Returns
As a general rule we do not accept returns on any items that
have
been opened. Please check with us before ordering that you are
purchasing the right cartridge for your printer. Cartridges which were
incorrectly ordered can be exchanged if unopened at the customers own
freight expence.
If you experience any
problems with installing or using your cartridges please call or e-mail
us
for help. Cartridges that are deemed to be faulty can be returned to us
for a refund or replacement. Please contact us to get a Return
Authorisation number before returning the cartridge to us. Cartridges
which are deemed to be faulty will either be refunded or replaced.
Cartridges which are not faulty will be returned to the customer at
their expense.
We have an Australia Post Reply Paid number so you can return
cartridges to us free of charge. In all cases please contact us so that
we can help you with any problems that may arise. We have been in the
business for more than 5 years and are well equipped to assist you with
any problems.
